At From Evolution2Resolution, we believe in the power of transformation. Our mission is to support men and women who have been formerly incarcerated, as well as those behind the wall. We believe in second chances, we celebrate success!

Dr LadyJ received the highest service award from the White House In January 2025, for her work in the Criminal Justice System. It inspired her to start her own Awards Ceremony for Returning Citizens. In sharing her dream with Shawn Gardner, and Kermit Fowlkes, a new program was formed! From Evolution2Resolution a name created by Shawn and

He has self-published several books, including "The Morals and Principle Pals" storybook, curriculum, and workbook. He is the founder of Behind The Walls Mentors. Along with the help of other positive men, their program has helped several

He has self-published several books, including "The Morals and Principle Pals" storybook, curriculum, and workbook. He is the founder of Behind The Walls Mentors. Along with the help of other positive men, their program has helped several youths in troubled communities. They have also hosted several community outreach events.

Kermit Fowlkes is a business owner, husband and father.He is a strong member of the team. Always supporting, and giving back to the community. Kermit also works closely with Shawn, helping to organize, and mobilize his campaign and petition to return back home. Stay tuned to learn how you can support this cause.
The E2R Awards Ceremony
We support formerly incarcerated individuals, their families, and those who are still behind the wall. Our mission is to provide resources, guidance and support services to those who return home. We also honor those who've successfully transitioned back into society. They receive The E2R Crystal Award!
